It was nicknamed 'The Beast' due to its much larger and thicker case than the existing Royal Oak, The pushers and bezel made of rubber, And its robust design. At first, It was much talked about by existing watch enthusiasts because of its size and unconventional style, But over time, It became a new standard for sports watches, And with various limited editions and the introduction of innovative materials, It has established itself as Audemars Piguet's representative collection.
