First introduced in 2013, The Omega Speedmaster Dark Side of the Moon commemorates the Apollo 8 mission in 1968, The first to encounter the far side of the moon. Updated in 2025, The line features four models in black and gray ceramic, Offering a total of seven variations.
The 'Grey Side of the Moon' 310.92.44.50.06.001 is a model with a lunar surface texture applied. The skeleton dial and visible movement plate are laser ablated to recreate the lunar surface. Inside, It houses the hand-wound Co-Axial Master Chronometer Caliber 3869, With a power reserve of 50 hours and a frequency of 21, 600 vibrations (3 Hz). It is fitted with a grey nylon fabric strap and has a foldover clasp made of ceramized titanium and ceramic.
