I wouldn't recommend it.
A winder is a tool that allows time to pass by keeping the watch in motion during times when a person is not wearing it. Since the watch continues to run even when it is not actually being used, there is a risk that oil, etc. will be consumed more quickly. Therefore, the overhaul cycle also becomes faster.
If you wind your watch with a winder, it is not much different from a person wearing it 24 hours a day. It may even move more than a person. A well-made automatic watch can be stopped and started repeatedly without any problems in its performance, as long as it is not left unattended for too long.
