How do you differentiate between a Rolex Professional watch and a classic watch?

It seems very difficult to establish a standard between the Rolex Professional line and the Classic line.
I would like to know the exact distinction. In particular, the Sky-Dweller seems to have a reference point, distinguishing it as a sporty yet classic watch.

Basically, there is a big difference between professional watches and classic watches in terms of whether they have a specific use or purpose.
If you look at the models included in professional watches, they were basically created as tool watches with a clear purpose.

What is confusing about this is sky dwellerThis may be because the fluted bezel that symbolizes the Sky Dweller is a decorative element mainly used in classic watches (of course, the fluted bezel was made to close the case tightly). When Rolex first released the Sky Dweller Gold model, I think the goal was to produce a flashy and luxurious watch rather than to function as a tool watch.
