If I get my watch repaired at a private repair shop, can I receive Rolex after-sales service?

If we can confirm that it is a genuine Rolex product, we will accept applications at the Rolex official service center in the future.

For example, all products that have been overhauled and polished through VIVER are genuine Rolex products, so they can be submitted for official Rolex service.

But there are exceptions. The story is different if the scale involves exchanging parts, inserting a production bezel, or performing customization. Until a few years ago, repairs were accepted for after-setting diamonds on Rolex dials, but now the policy has changed to no longer allow repairs, so please keep this in mind. thank you
